Card Project #5: Mother's Day Card

Wow...it's been awhile since I posted here, I've been pretty busy with alot of things in my life. Anyway, Mother's Day is just around the corner and I had to make a card for my mom, I created this card this morning around one in the morning after finishing up 4 other Blippie Purses for my mom, two sisters and niece. I needed to make something fast and simple, that's when I saw this video tutorial at The Hero Club Blog. It took me about over an hour to make and a huge mess in my place....it was getting so late, I needed to go to bed.

The "Mom", scalloped circles, ring and flowers were designed in Illustrator and cut using my Craft Robo. Putting the card together was the easy part, it was the designing/cutting that took a long time to do.

Anyway, I finished it and as soon as I got up, I took photos of my creations and than packaged them up.

Card Project #4: Messin' With Pink...

I made this simple card tonight with the stash I bought over the weekend.

Ingredients:
{ crust } Homemade background design on white cardstock, pink cardstock, DCWV Glitter paper (white) and Bazzill paper (pink)
{ sauce } ColorBox Pigment (pink), ColorBox Pigment (White) and ColorBox Chalk (Rouge)
{ toppings } Imaginisce. Petite Pearls (feather boa) brad, Inkssentials White Opaque pen, Sakura Soufflé 3-D Opaque Ink (pink) and Stickles (cotton candy)
{ side orders } Stampette rubber stamps, Craft Robo, Marvy Uchida circle punch, Paper Shapers CornerAdorner Medium Rounder, Xyron Create A Sticker, Scotch Pop-Up Foam Squares and adhesive
